A man was caught on video pulling a gun on a security guard in Michigan on Saturday. The incident happened in a holding area after the man and his accomplice were detained by the security officer for attempting to steal printer ink catridges.
Yesterday the last of the victims of the Nashville flood was found.
Police in Nashville are looking for information regarding a murder last night on South 6th Street.
September 26, 2010: The search continues for a gunman in New Jersey that shot and killed a young lady that once resided in Clarksville, Tennessee.

The fishing was about average today. We fished for a couple hours on percy Priest Lake in Nashville.
September 23, 2010: A man in Clarksville, Tennessee was thrown in jail early Wednesday morning for leaving his two children (one was five years old, the other was one years old) at home without any adult present.
September 22, 2010: Today is the autumnal equinox, the first day of fall.
A man that was beaten to death was dropped off at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville early yesterday. The people that brought the body claim that they were carjacked. Police believe that the incident was drug-related.
A security guard in Fresno shot and killed a young man early yesterday outside of a bar. Apparently the security guard was assualted by the young man after the security guard had broken up a fight. Investigators are stil trying to figure out the cause of the fight and why the young man attacked the security guard.
September 21, 2010: It is reported that taxpayers in Memphis are paying for school security guards to chauffeur high ranking people in Memphis City Schools.
A man in New Jersey is charged with assualting security guards in a public assistance office earlier today. The man became combative while waiting to file an unemployment claim. Security guards with some help finally removed the man from the building.
September 20, 2010: All security guard operations in Tennessee and Kentucky went well over the weekend and without any major incidents.

A teacher at a Nashville elementary school was arrested at a marijuanna grow house yesterday. The teacher was charged with multiple drug charges.
Yesterday, my security guard travels led me to Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee for the very first time.
September 16, 2010: Two men accused of shooting a Metro Nashville police officer in June 2009. The officer was shot five times during a routine traffic stop.
A councilman in Mississippi is pushing for an ordinance that would require many convenience stores to hire security guards. The sudden move to require security guards at these stores comes a week after a deliveryman was shot and killed at a convenience store in Jackson.
A security guard at a bank in Texas was shot during a bank robbery Tuesday. The guard exchanged shots with the three robbers and was shot in the hand.
The body of a missing woman from Smyrna, Tennessee was found early this morning. The woman's son has been arrested and charged with murder.

September 11, 2010: A man's body was found in a burning vehicle in Bellevue, Tennessee. Police have not released much more information for fear that it could jeopardize the homicide investigation.
